Welcome. The information on my website aims to address some of the questions people have about psychotherapy. The field has been shaped by many theories and I am open to their  value in my therapeutic practice but essentially my work is based on the Person-Centred Approach (PCA) developed by Carl R. Rogers.

I am an accredited practitioner and member of the French association for Person-centred therapy (AFPACP) accredited practitioner and member of the European Network for Person-centred and experiential psychotherapies (PCE Europe) and an associate member of the Center for Studies of the Person (La Jolla California)

Warmth and respect

This approach is a professional accompaniment based on deep respect for the experience  of the individual in their singularity and their personal process. In this approach I have confidence in the person’s ability to use whatever resources they need to find their own direction.

Support and trust

My goal as a therapist is to accompany the person whilst being fully present, warm and open to them.  This gradual, therapeutic engagement on both sides, creates a free and confidential space where the person can continue their search and self-exploration in their own way and at their own pace, thereby offering the possibility of real change and growth.

Person-centred therapy

My therapeutic stance is based on three core conditions: Empathy – being with the person where they are, Unconditional Positive Regard or non-judgement. Congruence – the therapist’s genuineness – is also a key ingredient.  When appropriate I will take care to share my outlook without expecting the other person to agree with everything I say.

As you browse this site you will find more details about my work and therapy in general. I also welcome any questions you may have so please feel free to contact me
